Summer 1989, East Germany. Adam works as a tailor, Evelyn as a waitress. They are planning a vacation together when Evelyn finds out that Adam is cheating on her and decides to leave for the holiday on her own. She travels to Hungary, trailed by Adam. As the border with Austria falls, everything changes in Hungary. The frontiers are open, as the new possibilities for Adam and Evelyn to decide in which world – Eastern or Western – they want to build a happy life. Adam und Evelyn is based on the homonymous novel by Ingo Schulze, translated in more than ten languages.

牧江村(🛫)郊野(yě )山藏(📫)(cáng )有一(🗜)怪，赤面(miàn )獠(🔢)牙(yá )，名曰垃(🙅)圾人，他(🆔)身世神秘，以(📫)垃(lā )圾(🦏)为(wé(🅱)i )食，日遇(🌘)(yù )村妇(fù )马秀(xiù )娟(🌉)，将其掳掠。马(🥌)秀娟通过与(yǔ )垃圾(💷)(jī )人的交往(🐆)(wǎng )，发(fā )现他(tā )虽丑(🚦)陋骇人，却心(🤭)地单纯(🗽)。但天不(bú )遂(💲)人(rén )愿，“单(dā(🐦)n )纯”的垃(🤼)(lā )圾人却将(💸)马秀娟(🚾)视为配偶，囚(🐃)于废(fèi )弃厂(chǎng )房。矿(🦇)山(shān )老板(bǎ(⛳)n )徐东(dōng )南徐西北两(📜)兄弟欲借炸(🌯)山除垃(🤲)圾人(rén )之名(⚾)(míng )在野山非(💄)(fēi )法拓(📐)(tuò )矿，全然不(🐣)顾马秀(👚)娟安(⏯)危。而垃(🤺)圾人通(tōng )过马(mǎ )秀(🎷)娟逐渐(jiàn )了(👚)解(jiě )人类(lèi )的尊重(🅿)与爱，遂将其(🍳)放归牧江(jiāng )村。马秀(💃)娟得知徐(xú(👏) )东南(ná(👷)n )阴谋(móu )后为(👬)救垃圾人与(🔥)之抗争(🌑)，最终(zhōng )被绑(💽)(bǎng )于山(🚥)上，垃圾(jī )人(🎶)为(wéi )救马秀娟与徐(🏜)东南死命相(♟)搏，后被(bèi )徐东(dōng )南(🥦)炸死。环保(bǎ(👾)o )组织(zhī(🍱) )声明垃圾人(📷)出现乃牧江(🆗)村的环(🌈)保意(yì )识薄(🛤)(báo )弱之(🥠)恶果(guǒ )，垃(lā(📽) )圾人(rén )本无罪，罪在(🐯)人心对环境(🛏)的态度，并呼(hū )吁民(🔬)众善(shàn )待环(🅰)(huán )境。

But there's another side to this story: that of the Goddess, humankind's original deity. Seder-Masochism resurrects the Great Mother in a tragic struggle against the forces of Patriarchy.
